Which document applies to you
If you are a patient, the Patient App Terms are the ones you accept when you create an account, and the Privacy Notice explains what we do with information. Your clinic has its own Notice of Privacy Practices, which it provides to you directly; it is not published here.
If you are a practice, the Practice Service Terms and the Business Associate Agreement are accepted together during setup. Individual staff accounts are covered by the Staff Account Terms.
