Staff Account Terms
Rules for an individual practice staff account.
Version 1.0 · effective 6 September 2026 · Expy LLC, an Idaho limited liability company
MedTap is provided by Expy LLC. By affirmatively accepting these account terms, you agree to use your individual account only for authorized work or provisional practice setup. The Product Privacy Notice explains account information handling.
Use your real identity and current work contact details. Protect your credentials, complete required security setup, and do not share logins. Access patient information only when your current practice role permits it and for a legitimate assigned purpose. Do not browse records out of curiosity, use another person's account, or circumvent access restrictions.
Keep downloaded or printed records within your practice's approved processes. Do not paste patient information into unapproved support, messaging, analytics, or AI tools. Report suspected account compromise or inappropriate disclosure promptly to your practice and security@expymed.com.
Joining a practice requires a valid invitation or other authorized membership process. Your practice controls your role and may remove access. Accepting an invitation does not authorize you to bind the practice to commercial terms or a BAA unless you separately have that authority and complete the relevant action.
The software assists intake; clinical review, decisions, and medical-record obligations remain with the responsible practice and professionals. Demonstration workspaces permit fictional information only. Use live patient information only in an activated, approved workflow.
MedTap may restrict access to address unauthorized use, security risks, or ended membership. Your account's legal records remain available through an appropriate verified request process where applicable. Contact support@expymed.com for account assistance and your practice administrator for permission changes.
Material revisions will be presented for affirmative acceptance when applicable. These terms do not waive nonwaivable rights, authorize an unrelated use of patient information, or limit duties under the practice's BAA.
